A rewarding and varied position is now available at our Pine Harbour branch in Beachlands.

We seek an experienced marine technician to join the Ovlov Marine team.

·        Applicants should have mechanical / electrical aptitude with a desire to learn, a friendly, team-oriented attitude and a sense of humour.

·        The role involves servicing diesel engines, gensets and transmissions as well as other marine equipment onboard.

·        Relevant boating and diesel knowledge is a must, along with good computer skills

·        Volvo Penta marine experience and training would put you ahead of other applicants, other brand experience such as Yanmar and Caterpillar would also be beneficial.

·        We seek proactive, customer focused individuals with a “can do” attitude.

You will be offered competitive remuneration package, potentially including a company vehicle and ongoing training.

Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit as well as a clean NZ Drivers license.
